Modern Workplace Engineer

For this team we are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer. As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be globally responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace solutions within our organization. You will ensure that our employees have access to the latest technologies and tools to work efficiently and productively, regardless of their location. In addition to modern workplace technologies, you will leverage your general system engineering knowledge to support the overall IT infrastructure, including operating systems, server and storage management, and network infrastructure.

In this role, you will report to the Global Head of ICT Production. 

But what would you be doing exactly?

• Design, implement and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and optimize endpoint security and compliance.
• Provide 2^nd/3^rd line user support and resolve technical issues related to workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration and compatibility.
• Manage 3^rd party system providers for implementation & support activities
• Perform system updates and maintenance to improve performance and security.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in modern workplace technologies

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based solutions.
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• You’ll be working in an international environment, so you should feel at ease at conversing in English, Dutch and French, though a perfect mastery is not required
• … and it won’t hurt if you’re a fan of movies and the cinema experience!
