SAP Public Cloud Integration & Administration Specialist

As an SAP Public Cloud Integration & Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and operational management of integrations within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment at Kinepolis. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems, using our Azure Integration Services for EDI and messaging, and Kong API Gateway for API-based integrations.

YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to deliver robust, secure, and scalable integrations that optimize business processes, ensure data consistency, and support the ongoing innovation of our global applications landscape.

System Integration

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and internal/external satellite systems (e.g., Vista, Efficy, Reval, TM1, etc.).
• Leverage Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, …) for EDI message flows and orchestration.
• Develop and manage APIs using Kong API Gateway, ensuring modern, secure, and scalable API integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows with both SAP and non-SAP monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and guarantee data integrity.

System Administration & Feature Enablement

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP Support when required.
• Support the setup of user roles, authorizations, and Single Sign-On (SSO) via Active Directory integration.
• Assist with quarterly SAP release upgrades and adoption of new functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards and SAP’s embedded privacy and cybersecurity protocols.

Project & Operational Support

• Participate in integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities.
• Document integration flows, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud ALM workstreams and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay up to date with SAP Public Cloud innovations and propose enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to integration and security architecture best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience with SAP integration strategies and tools, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid) and/or similar platforms.
• Experience with API Management platforms (ideally Kong) and API standards (REST, JSON, OAuth2).
• Familiarity with EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, …).
• Understanding of integration protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc) and authentication methods.
• Experience with SAP system administration or integration (cloud or hybrid) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, international environment.
