ICT Purchasing & Budgeting Officer

To ensure the best quality in cinema experience for our customers, Kinepolis Group is able to lean on a vast group of supporting services with specific expertise. One of these is our department of Information & Technology (IT), for which we are searching a new colleague: an ICT Purchasing & Budgeting Officer

In this position, you will work in close collaboration with the full ICT Leadership team (CIO, IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager, Manager ICT security & compliance Manager, Global Applications Manager) and you will report to our CIO.

The responsibilities of the ICT vendor are vast, amongst which:

• You’ll be in the lead to keep an overview of the ICT Budget for current year (deviations vs budget), where you’ll be challenging costs and guiding the re-forecast.
• You’ll govern the operational vendor management, which implies operational contract management and purchasing.
• You’ll be handling administrative follow-up, including CAPEX related documents, PO approvals, all while finding your way in our vastness of applications.
• You’ll put your shoulders into supporting the PMO process for IT Projects.

Who are you?

• You have an education and a first experience in financial administrative processes, such as capex process, purchasing process, operational cost management and/or budgeting process.
• Affinity with ICT or experience within an ICT context is considered as a plus.
• You are an excellent and creative problem solver and you get energy from simplifying and possibly automating processes.
• Both project-based and rather small-scale, you easily keep an overview.
• You understand the importance of providing quality support to your business, but also feel comfortable challenging your internal customers on their needs.
• You feel at ease at conversing in Dutch, French and English.
