For our International team, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator on a fixed-term contract (summer 2026 - January 2027) to support the day-to-day execution of international marketing activities and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the International Trade Marketing team in the operational rollout of campaigns across markets. You will coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure campaigns, reporting, and administrative processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of international marketing strategies in line with local market needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with creative teams and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign materials and ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Liaise with international stakeholders, including studios, agencies, and freelancers, to facilitate smooth collaboration and timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Maintain campaign planning tools, schedules, reports, and marketing KPIs, ensuring accurate follow-up and visibility on performance.
  • Handle marketing-related administrative processes, including purchase orders and invoice follow-up, in a timely and structured way.
  • Support Event Cinema marketing activities, including asset distribution, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and reporting to right holders.

Profile

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized professional who enjoys combining coordination, communication, and execution in an international environment. The ideal candidate brings the following:

  • A strong interest in marketing and international business, with the ability to translate plans into operational follow-up.
  • A background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • A genuine affinity with cinema and the entertainment industry, ideally supported by a first professional experience in the cinema sector or the broader entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English; fluency in French, Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • A structured, hands-on approach and confidence working with both analytical and creative tools, including Excel and design-related software.
